英国新教师入职培训(ITT)的核心内容新框架探析

摘要(Abstract):
英国教育部于2019年11月发布新教师入职培训的核心内容框架(Initial Teacher Training Core Content Framework),框架以《教师标准》及《早期职业框架》为依据,确立了受训者在职业起始阶段所需要掌握的五项知识与技能(行为管理、教学法、课程知识、教学评估和专业行为)。该框架不仅体现英国政府从源头把控教师质量的政策意图,同时也将入职培训体系所倡导的一些核心理念,比如基于持续专业发展视野、坚持实践导向的培训过程以及突显专家同事的指导作用贯彻始终。
